These are the terms for using this website, not for using a casino. This is an independent affiliate site: it holds no accounts, takes no deposits, pays out nothing and cannot void or release anything. What this site cannot do
It cannot see your account, release a withdrawal, restore a closed account, reverse a bonus decision or resolve a dispute. Anyone claiming otherwise on this subject is describing something that does not exist. Those actions belong to the operator, and the escalation route runs through the operator first.
The operator’s terms: the clauses that actually get used
Most of a casino’s terms never come into play. A small number decide almost every dispute, and all of them are readable before depositing.

If something goes wrong
- Collect the record: the exact domain you played on, your account identifier, transaction references with dates, and the exact wording of any message received.
- Raise it with the operator through its published support channel and allow a reasonable reply time.
- If the answer does not address it, escalate. Independent dispute services are reached by quoting a licence number — which, for this brand, we were unable to find published; the licensing page sets out what that means.
- If the payment was made by card, the bank’s own dispute window runs separately and is short. Check it without waiting for the other routes.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment with a negative expected value: over enough play, the mathematics returns less than it takes. Deposit limits, session time-outs and self-exclusion exist in the account settings of licensed operators and work because they are set before they are needed — a decrease applies immediately, an increase is delayed.
